To be eligible for return, items should be in original condition and free from damage caused by wear, misuse, or enthusiastic chewing. We know dogs have opinions, but used or damaged items generally can’t be accepted for return.

If your order arrived damaged or there’s an issue with workmanship, please contact us right away and include photos if possible. That helps us resolve things faster and get you the right support.
