We are tail-wagging happy to replace parts and whole goods if you suspect failure due to component material or workmanship at any time, although we expect you to experience a lifetime of joy without issues.
Like any gear, normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not eligible for no-cost replacement. If damage occurs—say your BFF decided your u.Do: gear was also a chew toy—we may be able to repair components for a fee.
